A bill to amend section 8332 of title 5, United States Code, to permit any disabled veteran who has completed a program of vocational rehabilitation under chapter 31 of title 38, United States Code, and who commences service as a Federal civilian employee within three years after completion of such program, to elect to deposit with interest an amount equal to retirement deductions for the period of participation in the program (based on the rate of basic pay payable to the veteran when such election is made) and to receive full retirement credit under chapter 83 of title 5, United States Code, for such period.
