Summary
Decentralization Study Commission Act of 1983 - Establishes the Decentralization Study Commission which shall identify Government functions performed in the District of Columbia that may be moved to other locations within the United States without substantially impairing the performance of such functions. Directs the Commission to submit a report of its findings and legislative and administrative recommendations to the President and Congress within 20 months. Terminates the Commission 60 days after submission of such report. Authorizes appropriations.
