Summary
Catawba Settlement Act - Entitles the Catawba Indian Tribe to compensation in exchange for its release and relinquishment of certain land claims in South Carolina. Establishes in the Treasury a settlement fund for such compensation. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to develop a utilization plan for such fund. Prohibits utilization or distribution of funds until such Tribe approves such plan and the State of South Carolina makes an appropriate contribution.
