Credit Union Membership Protection Act - Amends the Federal Credit Union Act to permit any person who is a Federal credit union member as of February 25, 1998, to retain member status if such status would be lost as a result of Supreme Court decisions construing membership criteria in the cases of National Credit Union Administration v. First National Bank and Trust Company, et alia, and AT&T Family Federal Credit Union v. First National Bank and Trust Company, et alia.
