A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to permit a State to exclude from coverage (by a modification or additional modification of the applicable State agreement under section 218 of that Act) any service performed by election officials or election workers in cases where the remuneration paid for such service is less than $100 in a calendar quarter (rather than only where such remuneration is less than $100 in a calendar year as presently permitted).
