Mandates technical corrections to a specified Coastal Barrier Resources System map as are necessary to ensure that depictions of areas as "otherwise protected areas" do not include: (1) any area that is not an otherwise protected area within the meaning of that term in certain provisions of the Coastal Barrier Improvement Act of 1990; and (2) a specifically described area of about 31 acres near the city of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
