Summary
Requires the President, acting through the Attorney General, to bring an action in the appropriate U.S. District Court under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1989 against all persons who are potentially responsible parties with respect to the Stepan Property Superfund Site in Bergen County, New Jersey, to recover all costs of removal or remedial action incurred by the United States and all damages for injury to, or destruction or loss of, natural resources that are recoverable.
