Summary
Amends the Federal Water Pollution Act to require the United States to pay 100 percent of the cost of lateral sewer connections between the single-family residence of any low-income elderly person and any connecting sewer which is on a sewerage collection system with respect to which any grant is made under such Act. Increases the amount of any such grant by such amount as may be necessary to make such payments.
