Summary

Provides that the use of any firearms to commit a felony with respect to which the district courts of the United States have original and exclusive jurisdiction shall be punishable by a term of imprisonment in addition to the punishment provided for the felony. Specifies the term to be served for such offense. Forbids the courts to suspend the sentence in the case of any person convicted under this provision or to give a porbationary sentence or to allow such sentence to run concurrently with imprisonment imposed for the conviction of such felony. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 924)
