Summary
Vietnam POW/MIA Rescue Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to authorize individuals to designate one dollar of overpayment or a cash contribution on income tax forms to the Vietnam POW/MIA Rescue Fund. Establishes such Fund to make payments to individuals as rewards for delivering into the custody of the U.S. Government a living Vietnam POW/MIA. Authorizes the granting of political asylum to individuals receiving rewards.
