Summary
Provides that the penalty for any person released on bail while charged with a felony who willfully fails to appear as required shall be equal to the maximum sentence of imprisonment, the maximum fine, or both, provided for the offense which the person was released in connection with. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 3150)
