Authorizes appropriations to the Federal Communications Commission of $37,500,000 for fiscal year 1974, $41,000,000 for fiscal year 1975, and $45,100,000 for fiscal year 1976. Authorizes appropriations to the Securities and Exchange Commission of $31,900,000 for fiscal year 1974, $35,090,000 for fiscal year 1975, and $38,590,000 for fiscal year 1976. Authorizes appropriations for the Food and Drug Administration of $190,550,000 for fiscal year 1974, $209,000,000 for fiscal year 1975, and $215,500,000 for fiscal year 1976.
