Summary
Revises the eligibility requirements and medical benefits provided by the Veterans' Administration to eligible veterans. Sets forth standards for the admission of veterans to community nursing homes at government expense. Sets cost limits for such nursing care. Requires that no veteran may be admitted to a nursing home under this Act unless such home meets specified standards made available to all Federal, State, and local agencies charged with the responsibility of licensing or otherwise regulating or inspecting such homes.
