Summary

Makes a veteran eligible for a non-service-connected disability pension if his service in World War I was other than service for a short period of time immediately following entry into the Armed Forces during which the veteran was being examined or otherwise processed and such processing and such processing resulted in his discharge from active service at the end of such period. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 521(g)(1))
