Summary
Directs the Secretary of Labor, pursuant to specified provisions of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, to establish a pilot program to award grants for retraining displaced workers in high technology fields. Makes eligible to receive such grants schools or vocational or career training centers in the State of Pennsylvania that conduct training in high technology fields.
