Summary
Iranian Trade Embargo Act - Requires the President to prohibit the importation of Iranian products if he considers that Iranian air or naval action or anticipated action poses an unacceptable threat to U.S. military personnel in the Persian Gulf. Requires the President to terminate such import restriction if he certifies to the Congress that: (1) Iran no longer engages in such action and is not likely to resume it; or (2) Iran did not, and is not likely to, engage in such anticipated action.
