Summary

Voters' Right to Know Act of 2005 - Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require any person conducting a Federal election phone bank (except through non-political general media facilities) to report to the Federal Election Commission specified information about phone bank costs, funding sources, household contacts, and questions asked or information provided to respondents. Limits such requirement to projects contacting at least 1,500 households during the 25 days before a Federal election.
