Summary
Safe And Fair Environment on Highways Achieved through Underwriting Levels Act or the SAFE HAUL Act This bill revises certain minimum financial responsibility requirements for transporting property. The bill increases from $750,000 to $4,532,550 (adjusted for inflation) the minimum level of financial responsibility sufficient to satisfy established liability coverage for motor carriers providing property transportation.
