Summary
Provides that anyone who engages in specified violent crimes while armed with any firearm or destructive device may, in addition to the punishment provided for the crime, be punished for carrying such a weapon. Specifies that such punishment shall be imprisonment for an indeterminate number of years up to life. Directs that upon conviction, the court shall impose a minimum sentence of one year which shall ot be suspended.
