Summary

Establishes the Temporary National Commission on Economic Concentration to: (1) study monopoly and the concentration of economic power in and financial control over production and distribution of goods and services; and (2) make recommendations to the Congress on such subjects, including the improvement of antitrust policy and national standards for corporations engaged in commerce. Authorizes appropriations. Requires a final report to the President and the Congress prior to the end of the 102d Congress. Terminates the Commission on December 31, 1992.
