To amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that the widow, widower, or former spouse of a law enforcement officer who dies in service after meeting the service requirement for entitlement to an annuity as a law enforcement officer, but before meeting the age requirement, shall be entitled to a survivor annuity computed as if the decedent had satisfied that age requirement.
