Summary
Fair Nutrition for American Citizens Act of 2001 - Amends the Food Stamp Act of 1977 respecting food stamp block grants for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to: (1) consolidate funding for Puerto Rico and American Samoa; (2) extend funding, with increased FY 2002 amounts; (3) permit specified FY2002 expenditures for data system upgrades and eligibility system implementation; and (4) obligate funds for full annual payment of a specified nutrition assistance program in American Samoa.
