Summary

Indian Financing Act Reform Amendment - Amends the Indian Financing Act of 1974 to permit the transfer (currently sale or assign only) of guaranteed loans made under such Act, in whole or in part, both guaranteed and unguaranteed portions. Requires that the Secretary of the Interior be notified of such transfers.
