Veterans Health Administration Employee Protection Act - Requires that, whenever an employee of the Department of Veterans Affairs incurs in an occupational setting a possible exposure to the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall test for HIV the person who is the source of the exposure.
