Summary
Provides that no Federal judge of the Canal Zone, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and of the Territories of Alaska and Hawaii, and of the District of Puerto Rico (in the case of judges of such Territories and District who relinquished their offices before certain dates) shall be deemed to have received a salary of less than $62,000 per year at the time such judge relinquished office for the purpose of retirement benefits.
