Summary
Provides that veterans of World War I shall be entitled to the same automobile assistance allowance as is now provided for disabled veterans of World War II and the Korean conflict in the form of an automobile or other conveyance, or $2,800, plus adaptive equipment necessary to enable the veteran to operate the automobile in a safe manner. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 1901(1)A).
