Summary
Yucaipa Valley Regional Water Supply Renewal Project Act - Amends the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to participate in the design, planning, and construction of projects to treat impaired surface water, reclaim and reuse impaired ground water, and provide brine disposal within the Santa Ana Watershed. Limits the Federal cost share of the project to 25 percent of the total cost. Bars the use of funds provided by the Secretary for project operation or maintenance.
