Summary

Authorizes the Commissioner of Education to make grants during the period beginning with the date of enactment of this Act, and ending June 30, 1979, to the Deganawidah-Quetzalcoatl University to be used for its development and improvement. States that such grants shall be subject to such terms and conditions as the Commissioner may prescribe. Authorizes to be appropriated $35,000,000 in the aggregate for making grants under this Act during the period ending June 30, 1979.
