Summary
Klamath River Basin Fishery Resources Restoration Act - Amends Federal law to provide that members of the Klamath River Basin Fisheries Task Force who are not employees of an agency or governmental unit shall be allowed travel expenses. Prohibits reimbursements to any agency or governmental unit for time spent by employees on Task Force duties. Provides for procedures regarding the transaction of business by the Klamath Fishery Management Council and by the Task Force. Makes applicable to employees of the State of Oregon provisions regarding membership on the Council or the Task Force by employees of the Federal or State of California Governments.
