Requires any customs officer authorized to make searches and seizures who has cause to suspect that any person entering the United States from a foreign country has concealed on his person any merchandise upon which the duties have not been paid, or which is otherwise brought into the United States contrary to law to obtain a warrant to make a body search of that person.
