Summary

Makes air traffic controllers who are eligible for immediate retirement ineligible for full time training on the basis of their inability to continue their work as controllers for physical or other specified reasons. Entitles any employee who is engaged in providing preflight, in-flight, or airport advisory service to aircraft operators and any immediate supervisor of such an employee to a civil service pension upon separation from service after completing 25 years of service or after becoming 50 years of age and completing 20 years of service.
