Expands the boundaries of the Pennsylvania Avenue National Historic Site to include the following historic buildings located along the ceremonial parade route between the White House and the Capitol: (1) Albee-Keith Theater Building; (2) the National Metropolitan Bank Building; (3) Rhodes Tavern; and (4) the Old Ebbitt Grill. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire lands deemed necessary to assure the preservation of structures within such boundaries.
