Summary

Wetlands Disposition and Protection Act of 1991 - Amends the Federal Home Loan Bank Act to direct the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) to establish: (1) identification procedures for all wetlands property under its jurisdiction as conservator or receiver; and (2) an information clearinghouse to disseminate information on such wetlands properties. Requires the Secretary of the Interior to review within a specified deadline all real property under RTC jurisdiction for purposes of wetlands identification.
