Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Interior, if a person invokes eminent domain and begins condemnation of specified land located within the boundaries of Riverside County, California, that is held in fee by the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Mission Indians, to: (1) immediately consider the pending fee into trust application concerning the land submitted by the Band; and (2) issue a final ruling on such application by not later than 30 days after the condemnation process begins.
