Summary
Amends the General Education Provisions Act to prohibit any department, agency, officer, or employee of the United States, for the purpose of affecting the racial, ethnic, or socioeconomic composition of student enrollments, from exercising any supervision or control over the curriculum or program of instruction of any institution of higher education, or over the selection of library resources, textbooks, or other printed or published materials by any such institution.
