Summary
Waives grounds for deportation or exclusion from the United States of a named individual by reason of his conviction of any crime that occurred before January 1, 1980, that is reflected in the records of the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the Department of Justice or the Visa Office of the Department of State. Directs the Attorney General to rescind any outstanding order of deportation or finding of deportability that has been entered against the individual by reason of such conviction.
