Summary
Amends the Federal criminal code to subject to civil forfeiture any: (1) conveyance, including any vessel, vehicle, or aircraft, which has been used or is being used for bringing in or harboring aliens (alien smuggling); and (2) any property that constitutes, is derived from, or is traceable to the proceeds obtained from, or is used to facilitate (or intended to be used to facilitate), alien smuggling.
