Summary

Veterans' Administration Accountability Act - Limits the authority of the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to: (1) readjust the schedule of ratings for the disabilities of veterans; (2) provide for the contruction, alteration, and acquisition of hospitals and domiciliary facilities; (3) close hospital and domiciliary facilities and regional offices without, Congressional approval; and (4) transfer real property under the jurisdiction or control of the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs without Congressional approval.
