Summary
Transfers control of real property located at 49 Rue Pierre Charron, Paris, France, known as Pershing Hall to the Secretary of State. Stipulates that as long as the real property is used by the United States Government, it shall continue to be known and referred to as Pershing Hall, and shall continue as a memorial to the memory of General of the Armies of the United States, John J. Pershing, and the officers and men of the American Expeditionary Forces of World War I. Authorizes the Secretary of State to lease or license space in Pershing Hall to other agencies of the United States Government on a reimbursable basis and to private parties on such terms and conditions as he shall determine appropriate.
