Summary

Neighborhood Mortgage Lenders Accountability Act - Amends the National Housing Act to prohibit basing mortgage costs and interest on loan amounts. Requires assessments of mortgagees' performances in meeting the lending needs of the community with respect to residential housing lending, and plans to remedy any deficiencies. Provides for standardization of mortgage servicing fees.
