Summary
Amends part C (Work Incentive Program) of title IV the Social Security Act to permit a State, as an alternative to the present WIN program, to operate a WIN demonstration program in order to demonstrate single agency administration of the work-related objectives of the Act. Requires a State desiring to participate in the demonstration program to submit an application, within 60 days of enactment, to the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Sets forth application requirements. Directs the Secretary to evaluate a State's demonstration program.
