Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to unilaterally release all terms and conditions imposed with respect to certain Federal contributions for the acquisition and development of Fullbright Park in Union Gap, Washington, a completed land and water conservation fund project owned and managed by the city of Union Gap. Requires, as part of such release, that the Park continue to be used for public recreation. Prohibits such release from affecting the rights of the Yakima Indian Tribe with respect to Park use.
