Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Army to not authorize, permit, or undertake any activity to stabilize, cover, or permanently alter the site where the Kennewick Man remains were discovered prior to the final disposition of the lawsuit entitled Bonnichsen, et al. v. United States, et al., unless the U.S. District Court of Oregon determines that such activity is reasonable and necessary in light of potential adverse impacts on scientific investigation of the site or other relevant considerations.
