Summary

Directs the Secretary of Commerce to extend for ten years a specified patent relating to an apparatus for maintaining the negative potential of human, animal, and plant cells. Directs the Secretary to renew and extend for ten years specified patents relating to: (1) an ultra-short wave athermapeutic apparatus; (2) an electrothermapeutic apparatus and treatment head and the method for tuning the treatment head; (3) a power meter for an athermapeutic apparatus; (4) an athermapeutic apparatus; and (5) a treatment head for an athermapeutic apparatus.
