Summary

Community Forest Restoration Expansion Act of 2005 - Amends the Community Forest Restoration Act to: (1) revise the federal and non-federal contribution requirements under the Collaborative Forest Restoration Program; (2) direct the Secretary of Agriculture to expand the Program to cover Arizona in addition to New Mexico; (3) require a separate technical advisory panel for each covered state; and (4) increase the annual authorization of appropriations for the Program.
