Summary
10-20-Life Act - Amends the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act to increase penalties for using, carrying, or possessing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence or drug trafficking crime. Sets penalties of life imprisonment or a term of at least 25 years imprisonment if an individual is injured by the discharge of a firearm. Defines "juvenile delinquency" to exclude such violation committed by a person age14 or older (thus providing for their trial as adults).
