Summary
Primary Dealers Examination and Improvement Act - Requires the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System to perform annual on-site examinations of primary dealers in government debt instruments. Requires the Federal National Mortgage Association and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation to establish procedures to prevent securities market distortions.
