Summary

Makes it a crime to use any expanding bullet in a firearm in the United States. Defines "expanding bullet". Provides that whoever violates this Act shall be fined not more than $10,000, or imprisoned for not more than ten years, or both. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 1116)
