Summary
Arizona Education Trust Restoration Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior: (1) to enter into immediate consultations with the State of Arizona Land Department and the State of Arizona Selection Board to identify additional Federal lands in the State totaling approximately 22,000 acres that are under the Secretary's jurisdiction and are suitable for transfer to the State; (2) within 18 months after enactment of this Act, to transfer the identified lands to the State to be held in trust pursuant to the Arizona-New Mexico Enabling Act. Permits the Land Department, in conjunction with the Selection Board, if the Secretary fails to identify sufficient land for transfer or to complete such transfer within the specified period, to select and take ownership of such Federal lands in the State under the Secretary's jurisdiction and administered by the Bureau of Land Management as may be necessary to ensure that the total acreage transferred and claimed equals 22,000 acres.
