Summary
This bill amends the Social Security Amendments of 1960 with respect to the extension of the Social Security program to Guam. If certain legislation enacted by the government of Guam expresses the desire that title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act (SSAct) extend only to those officers and employees initially employed by the government of Guam, local governments, and government instrumentalities, then specified other SSAct provisions shall apply to only those individuals.
